 Application

Fluid Distribution Area
The fluid distribution area of the plate adopts cross type (chocolate type) structure which can equably distribute the fluid and avoid begrime and corrosion. It can improve the heat transfer efficiency.

Seals
The seals have two type, adhibit seals and non- adhibit seals as per customer requirement:
★Non- adhibit seals have buckle structure which is easy to replacement and maintenance.
★Adihibit seals can be tightly stuck onto the plate via high temperature felt.

Alignment
The plates with non-adhibit seals adopts foursquare alignment technic which is our patent (China patent no: ZL2004 0102947.5). This alignment technic can improve the plate exchange stability. Its feature:
★· After assembly, the plates can be locked each other, and aligned by each other.
★Avoid alignment error due to material insufficiency strength.
★ Avoid leakage due to assembly and disassembly
★ This structure can apply for pressure floating, frequently assembly/disassembly working condition.
★The plate center alignment adopts 5 points alignment.

Plates Fasten
For the exchanger plate units with big heat transfer area, we adopt easy bolts system to fasten the plates. The system consists of: fasten bolts with skidproof washer, side plates, bearings for easy hang and moving side plate.

Inlet/Outlet
★The inlet/outlet can be flange type, sleeve type, coupling type, quick disconnect or other type to connect hose, flange and etc. as per customer requirement.。
